I'v drank Stella in Belgium and the UK, it tastes the same,........Nectar.

Nowhere near the same! Brewed with different hops, not the same process & strength, the stuff brewed here is also lighter in colour

Back in business. The Boar's Head preview evening is in full swing and very nice it is. Still two rooms and the toilets now moved downstairs, just like Wetherspoons! Some nice nibbles from the menu for us to try and even handle glasses available. Had a chat with the chef and suggested that the menu was lacking cheese and onion pie. Hopefully the message will get through.

Give the place a try. It is clear that the pubco did listen to the locals. Note - the dog friendly side is in the former lounge for logistical reasons.
