Further to the examples given I understand that the Needy Kids charity shop on Park Lane also cited the proposed increase in rental as a contributory factor in closing.Although some will no doubt not regret6 the closure of a charity shop it still results in yet another empty shop .

New Pound shop

I heard a rumour that a new Pound Shop is about to open in Poynton, can anyone confirm this :?:

That would be nice we miss the poundstop late of Queensway it was always good for those little things that you couldn't get any where else in Poynton .
Also if this happens it is much better than an empty shop :D

Some of the stuff that the pound shops sell are expensive rubbish.
