Forum login issues
Some people are having problems logging into the forums, especially using the Firefox browser. The problem is being caused by cookies stored for previous incarnations of the forum (poyntonforum).
To resolve this issue you will need to delete these cookies. For Firefox, do the following. (The procedure will be different for other browsers.)
1. Go to Tools->Options (top menu bar) then select the Privacy tab.
2. In the History section, click on remove individual cookies. A Cookies dialog box will appear.
3. In the Search box at the top, enter poyntonforum. Cookies for poyntonforum will then be shown. There may well be six of these.
4. Click on the Remove All button at the bottom. Be careful not to delete cookies for other web sites by mistake.
You can now dismiss the Cookies dialog box and close the Options tab.
You should then find that you can log into the forum without any problem.
