Anybody else picked up chit chat that RBS is to do a runner from Poynton ?

Called in the R.B.S Poynton this morning asked the question , the answer was it is news to them in fact they have just refurbished part of the building .
No they are not moving ,just another rumour from the Mill :roll:

Sorry ma-ogy, this time I think you seem to be incorrect, which is unusual for you.

Hopefully the Vinehop will take an opportunity to expand. :)

How wrong was I in 2016, now its official they are closing the Poynton Branch in Nov 20th 2018 :evil:

What will happen too the premises after the branch closes ? maybe yet another fast food place or wine bar that's just what Poynton needs :roll:

If you need to use the RBS you can travel to either the Hazel Grove or Bramhall branch that's of course if you drive or you can get on our wonderful public transport :roll:

Bramhall is closing too unfortunately, as is Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Handforth and Alderley Edge in the area.

Both of which have other banks, whereas Poynton will have none when RBS goes. Seems a bit backward. As an RBS customer I will be protesting to them.
