The planning appeal for the garage development has just been dismissed due to concerns about highway safety and the change to the character and appearance of the area.

Para 26 in the decision document refers to the appellant's concerns over the advice from Cheshire East when the land was purchased. (From Cheshire East!)

It looks like this plot of land is up for sale in Snapes window - OIRO £400,000. That is some mark-up on the initial £242,000 purchase price. Here is how the advert reads:

Is there a presumption here that agents do not need to tell interested parties what actually happened to the previous attempts at commercial development within this sensitive location??
Concening the road mentioned, late which summer do they have in mind, 'grand' opening or not?

We know that as there is a recent update is elsewhere on this Forum. My point relates to the quality of information in the agent description.
