All customers should currently have water but at a reduced pressure and may experience fluctuations, especially at peak times. We are working hard to find the issue and as soon as we have further information for you we will update this page.

We are so sorry about the continued disruption to the water supply, please rest assured we are working hard to solve the problem.

I'm a layman, so obviously I'm no expert. Why is it so hard to find where the leak is when they have isolated a 100 metre length of pipe and know it's somewhere along that length?

Our sincere apologies for any distruption this is causing.

All customers should have water but at a lower pressure than usual due to the leak. You may notice it fluctuates at peak times.

As soon as we have confirmation of the engineer’s arrival, we will update this message. Again, we are really sorry about the disruption this has caused but we are working hard to rectify the issue.
