Traffic is rammed on Chester Road. Work finished (?) But traffic lights remain? Strange

Just read this article.
"On the scent. Cocker spaniel Snipe is the first dog in Britain to be hired to sniff out water leaks. He will work for United Utilities in the North West to try to pinpoint broken pipes in rural areas by detecting the smell of chlorine"
Hope he is on call next time there is a burst in Poynton.

I thought most dogs could sniff out water leaks, or that's what it looks like every time I see one walk past a tree or lamp-post :lol:

But did you read the entire thread? Snipe was mentioned on page 2.

Don't need a dog to tell you water is still coming through the footpath roughly opposite the oil terminal turn off.
