Ring Necked Parakeets - according to the RSPB, the UK's only naturalised parrot, known to have been breeding here since 1969. They're still mostly in the south-east of England, but have been spreading gradually and there have been sightings in most English counties.

I saw one on Towers Road (Fiveways end) a year or so ago, and a chap who was watching them told me they'd had them in Bramhall for a while then.
