Does that not sum up the situation precisely.

I can't help with that one, but one thing I noticed with the old 392 service was that (using a pass) the ticket invariably showed a significantly longer distance than I was actually travelling. For example from Bollington to Poynton Church once showed up on the ticket as "Tytherington to Stepping Hill".

If you contact Cheshire East Council's Transport Service Solutions company on 01270 371428 they should be able to tell you.

I would encourage anyone with a complaint to ring them or email them at : info@transportservicesolutions.co.uk

I've just been on a 21 seat Optare bus in Durham. These are the same size, make and model that Selwyns use on the 391/2 services. The difference was the comfort of the seats in Durham. I would have been happy to sit on these for the entire 391/2 route. Why have Selwyns got hardboard seats????

Saw the 391 yesterday afternoon - full to the rafters out of Macclesfield at 1420. It seems to be getting busier on the 0757 from Poynton, presumibly the extra Higher Poynton - Stockport traffic which could not use the P1 due to it being too early, too late and in some cases too expensive for commuting are benefiting as it usually passes Chester Road bridge at 0759/0800 most days.

I had given the new services time to settle down. Used the 391 for the first time. Have to say the driver was really smart and his manner was firm but fair. He even lectured a passenger who got up too soon, the bus braked sharply, he fell down the steps onto someone’s lap.
Not something he will do again after his dressing down in front of a full bus.
The bus I have to say was hardly bigger than a taxi, with seats, possibly the most uncomfortable I have had the misfortune to sit on.

I have to say the new timetable booklet available in Stockport Bus Station is most impressive, if not a little large. A full map of the route, with times written large and easily read by those with poor eyesight.
Provided by East Cheshire not Selwyns.

The bus timings, which after 3 months should have been sorted out, started as a farce and are still a farce.
Last Friday, the bus which should have been 10:15 at my stop arrived at 10:35. The return bus from the village should have been 11:15 and was 11:33.
In the afternoon, the bus which should have been 14:17 sailed past at 14:13 so we missed it.
On Saturday the 08:15 arrived at 08:10 but we were there waiting for it. The 09:15 from the village arrived at 09:20.
On Tuesday this week the 10:17 towards Stockport arrived at 10:30 and not for the first time, we had to stand.
Today the 11:17 towards Stockport turned up at 11:32. I was just able to make my connecting bus in Hazel Grove which fortunately was 2 minutes late. This afternoon the 14:17 had not arrived at 14:45 but we got a lift from a neighbour into Hazel Grove to continue into Stockport.
These are just the latest incidents in this debacle.
Before anyone replies with "you should report it to......................" I have and the only comment back on more than one occasion has been......... " Think yourself lucky you still have a bus"
We may have a bus but certainly not a bus service

Who have you reported it to?
