Of course I am worried, I don't want to drink water contaminated with decaying bodies that are full of disease and drugs - or am i just being picky?

You are just being picky and spreading scare stories without any evidence.

Just to put it in perspective about 600 cows were cremated and buried in that field during the mad cow outbreak, not aware of a mad cow disease epidemic breaking out in Poynton yet?

The cows (which were at Shirdfold Farm) were killed because they were showing what appeared to be symptoms of foot and mouth (not mad cow disease). Tests subsequently showed that they were not infected. Have a look here.
