Armistice day 2018, Manchester derby at 4.30

100 years exactly to the day that the war came to an end. Do we really have to play sport on this day. I will be attending the Poynton service, and the Legion afterwards. Do any members agree the matches should be changed to a different day?
Incidentally I do go to the Etihad (albeit infrequently), and so have no axe to grind on this subject.

No don't agree. Ask the Chelsea pensioners who are having a ceremony at Stamford Bridge that day? you'll get the same answer. Will be at the game respecting the silence like supporters of both clubs
