What the fooook has that got to do with people who 'actually'pay their own tax rather than rely on the the state/benefits to pay it for them ?

Quite interesting at the present time the thread below this one is about openness in local goverment yet the authorising officers name has been blanked out :?:

Seems like it was rejected on 'spurious' grounds of overdevelopment of the site and the impact on neighbours ?

I suppose you could argue the "Nimby" attitude means that the other houses will be built in someone else's back yard in Poynton to 'make the numbers fit' which is a 'winner' for some of the locals.

Surprising that what looks like some reasons given for refusal are that 'someones' garden will be overlooked "diddums"

On the "dodgy" Towers Rd estate you can stand in a neoghbours front room see straight through our house into the houses behind  but i don't suppose the Barratt/Wimpey box makers give a stuff if it's down to plots on the ground and £££££'s in profit :|

I've been on quite a few Hillcrest homes sites in the past and they are usually a pretty good design and standard you would have thought it may have been a bonus and benefit to the area and also provide some larger more environmentally friendly sustainable family homes but hey ho, seems the locals don't want like change

It looks like this one is back on again. Application 15/4137M.

Still 8 houses, seems Hillcrest are pretty determined to get this one. Where are the footballers to buy this place and build a huge mega house.
